Hello, I’m Andie, a Cape Town-based maker with a special interest in embroidery, weaving, crochet and sewing. What began as a love for crafting outfits for my Barbies and watching Project Runway with my mom has developed into a 15-year journey of making things, from woven wall hangings to wedding dresses.

I started the Cape Town Craft Club as a way to combine my interest in crafts and bringing people together. I’m particularly excited about facilitating spaces where people can gather and socialise passively, creating that feeling of flow you had back at school breaktime or in the lounge of your first digs.
